Ultimate – frisbee-game
Two teams stands on a game field. Each has a rear line. You score by caching the frisbee thrown by a team member behind the opponents rear line. When a point is scored put down the frisbee, and the other team takes over. The frisbee changes team if one team drops it, if the other team caches it, or if thrown outside the game area.
When holding the frisbee, you can’t move.
In the real game you are only allowed to deliver forward. This rule makes the game hard for beginners, and can be left out. If you do not have a frisbee, just use a ball.
