Precision Delivery
Two fencers stands opposite each other in En Garde. One has a glove, a tennis ball etc. in the hand. Both fencers do a lounge and parse the glove from one fencer to the other. Its important that the lounges comes right after one another, so that the fencer with the glove don’t have to stay out too long before delivering the glove. When both can make the delivery the exercise change so that the fencer with the glove starts to move, using marche and rompre.
