How Quick are you
The children stands en garde in from of a partner. The partner has a stick in one hand. When the stick is dropped the child should catch it as fast as possible. Could be done with “Stretch arm”, “Marche” or lounge. Could be made into a competition by marking different areas of the stick, and let the children compete against each other.
