Copy exercise
The teams may only move back and forth between to points. The endpoints may not be passed, nor is the leader allowed to turn around when the end point is reached.
Each exercise can last 30-60 seconds. The coach inform during the exercise how long time remains.
Partner 1 decides what happens in the first interval, and partner 2 should keep abreast of partner 1 and copy what partner 1 is doing.
Every 10 seconds the roles are switched.
Exercise 1
Partner 1 may run forward, backward, and may go down in knees and touch the ground with both hands.
Exercise 2
Partner 1 may move sideway with direction changes,and may go down in knees and touch the ground with both hands.
Exercise 3
Partner 1 may make marche, rompre and normal lounge. Partner 2 stands on the side of partner 1 where its easiest to watch what he is doing.
Exercise 4
Partner 1 may run forward or backward, doing high knee lifts or heal kick.
