Horse and wagon
Exercise for the leg muscle on the “horse”. Can be done in 2 variations, which strengthens different muscles.
The “wagon” holds on to the “horse” lower arms. The “wagon” is squatting on a piece of cloth or something similar to reduce the friction, and lets the “horse” pull for a fixed length. Afterwards the “horse” and “wagon” changes places.
Exercise 1:
The horse pulls with the back to the wagon (i.e. runs forward)
Exercise 2:
The horse pulls with the front to the wagon (i.e. runs backward).
