One is the hunter, and the other the victim. The rest of the kids is in a long row where every second faces in one direction and the rest in the other direction (so everyone is front to front with one, and back to back with another).
The victim can get safety by touching one of the other kids on the back, and then take over that ones place, while the other kid then becomes the victim.
